RANZCOG’s  rights

 1. RANZCOG reserves the right at any time to:

(a)    change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the Event;

(b)    postpone the Event or any part of the Event; or

(c)     cancel the Event or any part of the Event, and will not be liable to delegates for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered as a result of or in relation to RANZCOG modifying, postponing or cancelling the Event or any part of the Event.

 2. If the Event is cancelled or postponed by RANZCOG:

(a)  for reasons that are beyond its reasonable control, RANZCOG may retain the Fee and will not be required to make any refund of the Fee; or

(b)  for reasons other than as set out in clause 2.(a), RANZCOG will refund the Fee minus any reasonable administration costs (as determined by RANZCOG).

 Travel

 Should substantial travel be required to attend the event, delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. Organising Committees, RANZCOG, Meeting   Secretariats and/or Event Organisers accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

 Tax

 All Registration Fees and Additional Ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars/New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

 Disclaimer

 By submission of registration, delegates acknowledge and consent that during their attendance at the event their image or voice may be recorded via video, photograph or by any other means (“recorded”) by RANZCOG or approved contractor which may be distributed   or published at the discretion of RANZCOG. If a delegate does not wish to be recorded, they are required to formally advise the Event Organiser.

 Privacy

 In the process of registering online for the <insert event name>, RANZCOG , will collect personal information from delegates which may include name, contact details, address, payment details, telephone numbers, special needs etc. This information is only collected to  assist in undertaking the services and functions associated with the planning and delivery of the event.  In keeping with the provision of the National Privacy Act, RANZCOG is committed to the secure protection of the privacy of this personal information receivedduring the ordinary course of business.  Delegates will be asked permission if they wish to have specific personal information shared with fellow delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.
