GP Obstetricians Day

The RANZCOG GP Obstetricians Day program is specifically designed to support GP Obstetricians by delivering targeted professional development opportunities in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Through a diverse array of topics and skills stations, this program is crafted to bolster your scope of practice. FSEP Workshop

The FSEP Full program runs for 7 hours and provides a solid foundation of information for all clinicians involved in antenatal and intrapartum care. The Full program is structured to cumulatively build understanding. Participants in the Full program also complete the FSEP MCQ assessment at the end of the session. This is our core education program and is suited to most clinicians requiring education or an update in cardiotocography.

Case Based Discussion Workshop

This workshop aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, critical thinking, problem-solving and professional development by analysing real-life cases in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This activity also provides opportunities for self and critical reflection.

OASI Workshop

This workshop is designed for medical professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in in the repair of third- and fourth-degree perineal tears using porcine anal sphincters.  Perineal repair, a critical aspect of obstetric and gynaecological care and throughout this workshop, participants will engage in hands-on training, interactive discussions, and comprehensive demonstrations to develop a deep understanding of perineal anatomy, recognise different types of perineal trauma, and master the techniques for effective repair.
