This RANZCOG workshop aims to help participants understand discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, and harassment (DBSH) through the lens of a Public Health framework. It explores the causes, drivers, and context of DBSH behaviours, including external and environmental pressures, power differentials, and organisational culture. The workshop provides participants with information and strategies to create a supportive and respectful workplace.

CPD:
For those who are eligible, this workshop accrues 2 CPD hours under Educational Activities and 2 CPD hours under Performance Review. These hours will be uploaded on your behalf.
Fee Terms and Conditions:
To mitigate the risk of workshop cancellations due to low attendance, a holding fee of $150 has been introduced. This fee is intended to secure your spot and contribute to the overall commitment of participants to attend the workshop.
The fee is required for registration and will be refunded once you have attended the session. If you fail to attend or do not cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop the fee is not refundable.
