RANZCOG has developed a Supervisor Training Program that explores the integral role of the training supervisor and delves into the issues encountered by training supervisors as they balance workplace demands, College requirements and trainee learning needs. The interactive format draws on the collective experience of participants and experienced workshop facilitators.

Workshop prerequisite:
It is mandatory for all registrants to have completed the Clinical Education Training Modules (CET) on Acquire prior to attending the workshop.
Eligibility:
Training Supervisors must be formally approved by their relevant Training Accreditation Committee (TAC) (unless in a Subspecialty program).
To attend a workshop you must be an approved Training Supervisor or an Advanced Trainee who has applied to become a Training Supervisor.
New Training Supervisors are required to attend a RANZCOG Training Supervisor Workshop within 1 year of their appointment.
Please note: this workshop is for new Training Supervisors and is no longer required as a refresher course. While other Supervisors are welcome to attend, it is no longer mandatory to do this course every three years. For further information visit our website.

Fees:
To mitigate the risk of workshop cancellations due to low attendance, a holding fee of $150 has been introduced. This fee is intended to secure your spot and contribute to the overall commitment of participants to attend the workshop.
The fee is required for registration and will be refunded once you have attended the session. If you fail to attend or do not cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop the fee is not refundable.
