Cancellation and 

refund policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Queensland State Office.

Refunds will be made as follows:

•  On or before 16 March 2020, 100% refund, less 10% administration fee.

•  On or before 6 April 2020, 50% refund, less 10% administration fee.

•  After 6 April 2020, no refund available.

No refund will be paid following failure to attend without notice.

Where there are extenuating circumstances, a full refund of the registration fee may be considered by, and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must accompany your registration.

Course registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment can be made via credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
