Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable.

In the case of unforeseen special circumstances and you wish to cancel your registration, you may write to Jude Kaveney (Training Coordinator) jkaveney@ranzcog.org.nz prior to the event to apply for a partial refund.  Such applications will be considered on a case by case basis by the NZ Training Accreditation Committee.

Refunds will not be considered if cancellation is made within 20 working days of the event.
