Where is the 2026 Regional Symposium being held? 

The Vines. Located within the Swan Valley region in Perth, Western Australia. 

How do I get to Swan Valley?


The Swan Valley is only 35 kms from the centre of Perth by car. If you're travelling from interstate (or internationally), the easiest way is via Perth Airport, followed by a short drive. 

How do I get to The Vines from the airport?

By Car: Just 20-25km from Perth Airport, driving to The Vines is the fastest route. 
Rental car hire is available at the airport (advance booking recommended).

Taxi/Rideshare: Takes 20-25 minutes from the airport terminals and can drop you right at the venue entrance. 

Public Transport: Will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours and requires a combination of both train and bus. 

Is there carparking at The Vines?

Yes, there is plenty of free carparking onsite. 

Is there a Trade Exhibition? 

The trade exhibition is a key part of the Symposium, giving delegates the chance to meet representatives from leading obstetrics and gynaecology companies and discover the latest products and trends. The program is designed to allow plenty of time to visit the exhibition, with morning and afternoon tea and lunch served in the trade area.

Are there any Social Functions?

A Welcome Function will be held on Friday 21 August at The Vines, and the ticketed Symposium Dinner on Saturday 22 August.  

Can I submit an Abstract of Poster?

Yes! We are now accepting abstract submissions for ePosters, Static Posters, and Free Communication presentations. More information can be found on our Abstract Page. 

Can I commute in from Perth each day?

Yes, with limited accommodation options in Swan Valley, we have arranged a free shuttle bus to transport to and from The Vines. 

The shuttle will depart from a CBD location, and delegates will need to register to use the service by emailing events@ranzcog.edu.au

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to arrange travel and health insurance. Registration fees do not include insurance, and the Working Group and RANZCOG accept no responsibility for any related loss.

 

Acknowledging Risk

RANZCOG Symposium organisers are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control. Delegates are strongly advised to review their insurance coverage and the terms of travel and accommodation bookings, and to use flexible booking options where possible.
