The inaugural RANZCOG Education and Engagement Day was held from Friday 9 to Saturday 10 May 2025 at the Pullman on the Park, VIC.
Over two days, members and trainees came together to enhance their knowledge, foster new professional connections, and celebrate contributions of our future leaders in women's health. The conversations sparked, knowledge shared, and collaborations initiated during the Education and Engagement Day will undoubtedly echo far beyond its walls.
The Program offered thought-provoking sessions in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, covering intrapartum care, navigating complex conversations, complex and chronic pain with women’s health, fostering leadership and growth in womens’ health and the launch of the endometriosis guidelines. One day of pre-meeting workshops provided valuable learning opportunities for all membership categories, including the Respectful Workplaces workshop and Case Base Discussions.
The intimate and engaging Social Program helped strengthen professional connections, with delegates gathering for dinner at Cumulus Inc serving Victorian produce surrounded by contemporary Australian Art. Overall, the Education and Engagement Day offered an outstanding opportunity to engage with experts, exchange insights, and collaborate on the latest research, strategies, and innovations in women’s health across Victoria.
