Registration Confirmation:

All registrations will be acknowledged via an official confirmation email upon receipt of full payment.

Full Registration Includes:

Attendance at all meeting sessions (Friday & Saturday).

Trade exhibition admission.

Morning and afternoon tea and lunch for the duration of the meeting.

One ticket to the Saturday Night Meeting Dinner*.

Satchel providing the conference information.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Full registration for Medical Students does not include a ticket to the Meeting Dinner. Tickets may be purchased at the standard fee.

Day Registration Includes:

Attendance at all meeting sessions (either Friday or Saturday). 

Trade exhibition admission on day of attendance. 

Morning and afternoon tea and lunch for the duration of the day. 

Satchel providing the conference information. 

Workshop Includes: 

Attendance at selected workshop/s. 

For full day workshops: morning and afternoon tea and lunch on day of attendance.

PLEASE NOTE: Full Registration fees for Fellow / Specialist, retired Fellow, RANZCOG Trainee, Diplomate / GP, Prevocational Medical Officer and Midwife / Nurse include the Saturday Night Meeting Dinner. Not included for Medical Students.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat (see 'Contact Us' page).

Refunds will be made as follows:

•  On or before 14 February 2021, 100% refund, less 10% administration fee.

•  On or before 12 March 2021, 50% refund, less 10% administration fee.

•  After 12 March 2021, no refund available.

No refund will be paid following failure to attend without notice.

Where there are extenuating circumstances, a full refund of the registration fee may be considered by, and at the discretion of, the Organising Committee.

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must accompany your registration.

Meeting registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment can be made via credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
