Workshops for the RANZCOG Education and Engagement Days will take place on Friday 9 May.
This RANZCOG workshop aims to help participants understand discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, and harassment (DBSH) through the lens of a Public Health framework. It explores the causes, drivers, and context of DBSH behaviours, including external and environmental pressures, power differentials, and organisational culture. The workshop provides participants with information and strategies to create a supportive and respectful workplace.
Suitable for: FellowsThis workshop aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, critical thinking, problem-solving and professional development by analysing real-life cases in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This activity also provides opportunities for self and critical reflection. The cases presented will be "Case Study of Pelvic Pain with Troubleshooting and Problem Solving" by Marilla Druitt and "Vaginal Breech Birth: overcoming the TBT, Exploring Concepts of Informed Consent and Shared Decision Making" by Julia Unterscheider.
