The Health and Occupational Wellness (HOW) Program is a RANZCOG initiative that aims to empower O&G professionals to build and implement tailored wellbeing initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and support doctors’ health. Developed using evidence-based frameworks and a RANZCOG Wellbeing Award winning initiative, HOW helps O&G teams identify challenges and create meaningful solutions. As the Wellbeing Partner for the RANZCOG Regional Symposium, we are proud to champion wellbeing for O&G clinicians working across regional and rural communities. In 2026, several sites across the country are trialling this program.
