Refund and Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellations should be submitted in writing to the RANZCOG NZ ASM Secretariat via events@ranzcog.org.nz. No refund will be paid on or after 16 April 2019 or for failure to attend without notice. If you have a special reason for non attendance such as serious illness, we may request you to present certified paperwork. Your payment information details will only be used for the purpose of providing a refund as per the circumstances outlined above.  All payment information details will be destroyed following the ASM. 

Name on Statement

The name "RANZCOG" will appear on the cardholder statements for any transactions through this website. The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist trading as "RANZCOG" is a fully Australasian Organisation, overseas ACN company and NZ operated registered company. 

Travel and Accommodation

Delegates are requested to arrange their own travel and accommodation. For hotel cancellation policies, please contact the hotel staff. It is the Delegates responsibility to arrange their own travel insurance. RANZCOG and the RANZCOG NZ ASM Secretariat accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard. Payment for any damage incurred by Delegates in their own rooms, is the responsibility of the Delegate.

Injuries and damages

RANZCOG will not be liable for any injuries or damage of personal items incurred during the event. Please ensure you arrange necessary insurance, especially if you are travelling from outside New Zealand.

Website security

Payment Security is managed through DPS for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.

Photography at the ASM

Photos taken at the ASM will be used for the RANZCOG NZ newsletter and promotional materials for NZ 2019 ASM.
