We are excited to welcome you to the 15^th PSRH Biennial Workshops and Conference, taking place at Holiday Inn, Auckland Airport from the 18^th – 22^nd March 2024. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience during the event, we have compiled some essential information for your convenience.

Registration

Please ensure you complete the online registration prior to the event. Registration is available on the conference website for the preconference workshops and the Scientific Conference. Workshops spaces are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment.

Travel Requirements

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure their travel document (e.g., visa, passport) are valid and up to date. For information regarding New Zealand immigration and visa requirements, please visit https://www.immigration.govt.nz.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Please refer to the conference website for further details with regards to accommodation options. You will receive any relevant discount codes for accommodation in your registration confirmation email that you’ll receive upon registering.

Airport Transfers

Buses, taxis and shuttles are available outside the International Arrivals. The Yellow Bus is an airport transfer to services the hotels in the Auckland Airport area. The Yellow Bus is an exclusive hotel-airport-hotel transfer service that operates 24hours a day, 7 days a week. There is approximately 25 minutes between each bus and 50 minutes during peak hours. Conference Meet and Greet

Please note there will not be an official conference meet and greet or organised transportation. Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for transportation during the event.

Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance. Participant registration fees do not provide any insurance cover. The Secretariat, the PSRH and the BSM Organising Committees accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Liability Disclaimer

In case of industrial disruption, the BSM Organising Committees, Head of Secretariat and PSRH accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
 

Privacy Statement

Information provided on the registration form will be used to administer the Meeting, including accommodation, catering, transport, sponsorship and exhibition. Data obtained will remain the property of RANZCOG and the Secretariat.
