Workshop aim: To increase knowledge and practical skills in perineal suturing including prevention and the identification of obstetric anal sphincter injuries and an opportunity to repair with models, chicken and pig sphincters.

Workshop description: This workshop is for midwives and doctors who are actively involved in suturing perineal trauma after childbirth.

Workshop leaders: Dr Jackie Smalldridge and Dr Louise Tomlinson, Aotearoa based (but also work in Pacific) O&G specialists with special interest in urogynaecology.
